How does my subscription work?
SiteJuice™ is a monthly or annual subscription model with a free option. You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time in your Account Settings > Billing section by clicking on your username in the upper right corner of the app.
Can I get a refund?
We currently do not offer any refunds on monthly or annual subscription. You can cancel your account at any time and your credit card will no longer be billed.
What happens when I cancel my account?
Your credit card will no longer be billed, and we will save the data in your account for 30 days. Within this 30 day period, you will still be able to log into your account and see your data, but no websites will be tracked and no reports will be sent. After 30 days, we will remove all of your data from our system. This can not be undone and the data can not be recovered.
What happens when I upgrade or downgrade my account?
If you upgrade your account (yay!), your credit card will be billed the difference between the previous subscription and the new one, and a new monthly billing cycle will start. If you downgrade your account (boo!) then on the next billing cycle, you will be billed at the new subscription rate.
What if I need more pages or keywords?
We will soon be offering the ability to incrementally add pages or keywords to your account. If you need more than the Large Site option, please call us at (888) 427-2178 and we will accommodate your needs.
Do you have an API?
Yes. It is not public at this time, but if you have an application and you want to include our data, please call us at (888) 427-2178 for pricing and documentation.
Is this like Google Analytics?
No. Google Analytics tracks pageviews and other actions from visitors on your website, and requires you to install some javascript code. SiteJuice™ analyzes your pages and evaluates your SEO performance and compares you to your competitors. You do not need to install anything on your website to use SiteJuice™. We are planning, however, to allow you to incorporate Google Analytics into your SiteJuice™ reports in the near future.

At Pear Analytics, we are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our visitors, and this policy sets out how we will treat your personal information. At no time will we provide your personal information to any third party for the purpose of direct marketing. Information We Collect
We will collect and possibly store the following types of personal data as it pertains to you and your website:
1. Information about your visits to the Pear Analytics retail website or application website(s);
2. Information about any transactions between you and Pear Analytics in relation to our web-based products;
3. Information that you provide to use for the purpose of registering for our products and/or other subscriptions/email/mobile phone notifications on our website or applications;
Information About Your Website Visit
Retail Website
We may collect information about your computer from the visit such as your IP address, geographic location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and number of page views. We may use this information to improve the website’s usability and your overall experience. SiteJuice™ Product Application
We may collect information about your session such as feature usage, any and all data pertaining to the websites entered for analysis in your account, length of session, bandwidth usage, storage and other session related activities. External Web-Based Widgets
Pear Analytics offers the ability to use our Website Analyzer application externally by placing a script on any webpage. This application will ask for an email to retrieve a full, detailed report. These emails are never given to the host site for any reason, and are always controlled by Pear Analytics. Domain Verification
At this time we are not requiring ownership verification for domains entered into our SiteJuice™ application . All information and data collected from the domains entered into our tool are publicly accessible, such as source code, inbound link information, and other retrievable content that is publicly accessible and is able to be crawled by a search engine. This means that anyone at any time can analyze any website. If you do not want your website analyzed or crawled by our application, please notify us at support@pearanalytics.com. Using Your Personal Data
Personal data submitted on Pear Analytics’ retail website or SiteJuice™ application may be used in the following manners:
1. To improve your browsing experience;
2. To contact you about feature updates and other special offers from Pear Analytics;
3. To contact you when scheduled reports are complete and ready for review;
4. Other types of communications related to your account.
Disclosures
Situations may arise where we would have to disclose information about you:
1. If we are required to do so by law;
2. In connection with any legal proceedings;
3. For the purposes of preventing fraud or reducing credit risk;
Security of Your Personal Data
Pear Analytics takes all reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information. We never store or retrieve any credit card information for any reason. A secure merchant provider such as PayPal or Authorize.net handles all payment transactions. If you create an account, we do not have access to your password. If you lose your password, there is a password reset option on the login page.
Policy Amendments
Pear Analytics reserves the right to update this privacy policy by posting a new version to our website.
Cookies
Our retail website and SiteJuice™ application uses cookies for the purposes of remembering who you are when you return to the site.

Terms of Use
By using our website, including but not limited to the Website Analyzer™, SiteJuice™, FixMySite™, SEO Value™ or any other product from Pear Analytics, you are accepting these terms and conditions in full.
Your Subscription
Your Pear Analytics subscription contains the features described on our website based on the various levels of subscription.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information when you register to use our applications. You are responsible for the security of your passwords and for any use of your account.
Customer Support
Pear Analytics offers phone and email support for subscribers to our applications. You can reach us by email at support@pearanalytics.com anytime, or by phone 9am to 6pm CST at (888) 427-2178. You can also provide feedback within the application, or by going to www.getsatisfaction.com/pearanalytics.
Payment
Your Pear Analytics subscription is billed on the first day of service, and is automatically renewed monthly, or annually, depending on your original payment plan. If a credit card payment is declined, your account will stay active for seven (7) calendar days until an alternative payment is available. After seven (7) days your account will become inactive, and after ninety (90) days, all of your data will be permanently removed from our database.
Cancellations
You may cancel your Pear Analytics subscription at any time, and your credit card will no longer be billed. No subscription fees or pre-paid subscriptions will be refunded.
Limitations of Use
We authorize you to use the features of Pear Analytics that correspond to the product to which you subscribed per these terms of use and description of our products. You shall not use Pear Analytics products for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. You shall not use Pear Analytics products in any manner that could disrupt, damage, overburden or impair the application that could adversely affect other users. You are limited to the number of domains, number of pages, number of keywords and number of competitors as described in the Pricing section of our website.
You agree not to use our products to analyze adult content, or any other distasteful or inappropriate websites.
You agree not to access the Pear Analytics website or applications by any means other than through the interface provided to you by us. You are prohibited from accessing our products through the use of scripts or crawlers, or any other automated means. You shall not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the product, nor shall you copy any image, feature or function.
Intellectual Property Ownership
Pear Analytics and its licensors (where applicable) own all related intellectual property rights related to our web products, including but not limited to application software, algorithms, data retrieval methods, processes, widgets and other property. The subscription agreement is not a sale nor does it constitute a right to our intellectual property. The Pear Analytics name, logo as well as the SiteJuice™ names are registered trademarks of Pear Analytics.
Liability Disclaimer
Our products in no way make any guarantees about the improvement of your website, or placement in search engines. Results will vary by website type, industry and level of competitiveness. Our product is only a guide to help a website owner improve their potential to be found on search engines based on the general knowledge of how they work.
Pear Analytics makes no representation about the reliability, accuracy, availability or timeliness of the information our product supplies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all such information is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no circumstance shall we or our suppliers be held responsible for any consequential damages for loss of use, data or profits arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the SiteJuice™ product, or any other Pear Analytics product. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the SiteJuice™ product, or other Pear Analytics products, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue the use of our products.
Termination of Your Account
Pear Analytics reserves the right to terminate or restrict the access to your account at any time immediately upon notice for reasons related to this terms and conditions agreement.
Jurisdiction
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in San Antonio, Texas, Bexar County, USA in all disputes arising out of or related to the use of Pear Analytics and our products.
